Eat and “energize” at the Palms, day or night, at the first Las Vegas expansion for Freshii and its designed to be customized, “health-conscious” menu.
Located inside The Eatery food court, a few steps from the entrance to the Brenden Theaters, the walk-up counter is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Featuring seven different menu categories, customers can mix and match each order of bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, soups, smoothies, or juices, adding or subtracting toppings, sauces and ingredients.
Salad and wrap choices include the spinach-based “Metaboost,” or “Ninja,” and bowls are served over rice, like the gluten-free “Wrangler,” prepared with barbecue sauce, plus jack and cheddar cheese.
Proteins of tofu, chicken, steak, and shrimp are available, and can upgrade the “Thai Lemongrass,” or the “Bangkok” burritos, featuring cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots and cabbage.
