A graduate of TV’s Shark Tank and financially backed by show judge Barbara Corcoran, Cousins Maine Lobster is looking to expand from its Las Vegas footprint and park its food truck in Henderson.
Recently applying for a business license to operate in the region, local franchise owners Jimmy Shoshani and John Rouvas first launched the food truck downtown in 2015 and now have a permanent presence in Centennial inside the Smith’s supermarket at 9710 W. Skye Canyon Park Drive.
Thirty miles to the southeast, Cousins has yet to reveal its future Henderson locations, or if it is looking for another permanent site, but diners can expect choices of the chilled Maine, or warm Connecticut lobster tolls, lobster bisque, plus a lobster-filled grilled cheese sandwiches, tots, tacos, and quesadillas.
They also offer the Maine ultimate luxury, a lobster tail in shell, prepared with drawn butter and a side of tater tots, and a home-state created whoopie pie for dessert.
