At a beefy 13,000-square-feet, fast progress on the self-proclaimed, largest Korean barbecue restaurant in Las Vegas was always going to be a challenge and the under construction Chosun Hwaro has again updated its anticipated Strip debut date to “mid-2019.”

Attached to the Miracle Mile Shops and replacing Todai Japanese Sushi & Seafood Buffet on the Harmon Avenue restaurant row, Chosun Hwaro Korean BBQ and Nara Teppanyaki & Sushi Restaurant will offer two concepts within one “grandiose interior,” inspired by the brand’s previous 150 Korean locations.

Family-friendly and striving for “excellent service, and top standard quality food!,” each seat in the main dining room will feature overhead air vents, ready for guests to enjoy “a diverse Korean BBQ menu, and delicious cocktails.”

At the seven seat cooking tables, Chosun promises “thrilling teppanyaki shows,” hosted by staff juggling cutlery and preparing dishes.

Future opening hours have still yet to be revealed.
