Peer Inside the New Brewery on the Strip

A brewery with barbecue and games now pours on the Strip. Trustworthy Brewing Co. & BBQ at the Grand Canal Shoppes features small-batch craft beers from MCC Hospitality Group. Customers can book private brewery to learn about the brewing process in the five beer tanks that sit behind the bar and produce 1,150 gallons of beer.

The 60-seat bar features a lighted movie sign marquee while oversized booths in bright primary colors and geometric patterns surround the space. A beer garden at the front offers prime viewing into the shops. Overall, the restaurant and brewery has room for 430 people, with several private and semi-private dining rooms including an 80-seat banquet function room. One features seating for up to 20 and a wall-to-wall graffiti mural paying homage to comedian Bill Murray. The brewery also offers a game room with skee ball and couches.
