Proudly unconventional and non-traditional, Jjanga Sushi & Bar debuted its third local restaurant on the eastside, serving an all-you-can-eat menu and its Instagram-ready à la carte choices including sushi pizza, burritos, sliders, and the multi-layer sushi towers.
Located a short distance from the Strip and across Flamingo Road from the Tuscany, Jjanga replaces the very short-lived Chabi Japanese Cafe close to the intersection with Koval Lane.
Yet to introduce its final longer operating hours, Jjanga is currently serving from 5 to 10 p.m. during its early launch.
Already a popular destination in the southwest on Fort Apache Road since 2015, the company expanded to Chinatown with Hanu Korean BBQ late last year.
On the Flamingo menu, skewers, and hot stone plates; classic, fried, baked, or spicy specialty rolls; shrimp tempura specials; sushi burgers made with panko-crusted rice buns; and the towers prepared with spicy tuna, crab, avocado, and rice.
