Shake Shack's sixth Las Vegas expansion will be a super-sized home for concretes, Shack Stacks, and crinkle-cut fires when it debuts inside Terminal 1 at McCarran International Airport.
First revealed back in April, the global brand has upgraded the plywood inside the rotunda linking to A and B Gates. New paperwork reveals the fast-casual restaurant will fill a beefy 4,875 square feet.
Larger than its existing outposts in Henderson, Downtown Summerlin, the T-Mobile Arena, and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North, the airport Shake Shack will be roomy enough for a maximum occupancy of 229 inside, yet smaller than its flagship, 9,135-square-foot Shack at the Strip’s New York-New York resort. An early construction estimate allocated $250,000 for the initial build.
Once past security, every passenger flying out of A and B Gates will walk past the restaurant's front entrance.
A timetable for completion has not been announced.
