Lee’s Noodle House, one of only a handful of 24-hour Asian restaurants on Chinatown’s Spring Mountain Road, arrived at the Shan Tau Square with a long menu packed with more than 200 numbered dishes, unusual, regional creations alongside Vietnamese and Chinese-inspired favorites.
Located close to the intersection with Arville Street, the noodle house sits between Bank Atcharawan’s Thai-focused menu at Lamaii and the long-established Korean choices of Sura BBQ Buffet.
Overseen by team members from Henderson’s Pho Little Saigon on Eastern Avenue, lunch specials have already debuted from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., plus “family style” dining combos designed for groups of four, six, and eight diners, including options of crispy fried tilapia, salmon, a fish claypot, and salt and pepper squid.
Six-inch long bánh mì sandwiches can be filled with Vietnamese pork loaf, charbroiled beef, sardines, or chicken curry on a French baguette.
Pho, rice noodles, Vietnamese udon, vermicelli, and porridge can be ordered alongside smoothies, slushies, juices, and milk teas, plus a range of appetizers including beef jerky, fried calamari, and fish sauce wings.
For vegan diners, Lee’s features potsickers, pho, pad Thai, Kung Pao chicken, and a vegan orange chicken.
Lee’s Noodle House, 4480 Spring Mountain Road, #500, 702-557-0077. Open 24 hours daily.
