The partners behind Off The Strip, the restaurant on the Linq Promenade, took over The Blind Pig at Panorama Towers, reopening the restaurant for breakfast and lunch for now and dinner and cocktails soon.
The entire menu got a revamp with what partner Rick Mazer calls Off The Strip favorites such as a rolled New York strip steak with asparagus and a mushroom Marsala sauce as well as chicken tenders seasoned with panko breading before they’re fried. The menu also features organic and healthy options on both the breakfast and lunch menus, such as an egg white frittata with cactus leaves, grilled chicken brown rice and broccoli, and grilled salmon with spaghetti squash and quinoa.
The restaurant awaits a liquor license, which could be finalized within a week, when it will open for dinner and a full menu of cocktails.
The Blind Pig also offers Starbucks drip.
Chef and owner Thomas Dantonio operated the restaurant until last September.
