Making rapid progress at its built-from-scratch Centennial restaurant, local favorite Egg Works is now announcing it could even be open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch before the end of summer.

The 5,535-square-foot restaurant on the corner of Tule Springs Road and Norman Rockwell Lane, sits a short distance from Streets of New York and Ben’zaa Cantina at The Village of Centennial Springs.

Sharing images of its interior makeover and large outdoor patio, Egg Works quickly responded to a question about a possible opening date, “looking like sometime mid-September. Keep following us for updates.”

Scheduled to follow the lead of its six previous restaurants and be open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., early plans for the Tule Springs site included an open dining area large enough for 226, plus a private dining room.

Already being prepped, glass etched windows created by Glass Impression, starring the Egg Works mascots and a tribute to the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign.
