BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — Ricardo Zarate plans to open a second location of Once in Carroll Gardens in October. The Peruvian Nikkei restaurant opened at the Grand Canal Shops last year in March with dishes such as causa, arroz con pollo, and more. Zarate, who has two restaurants in Los Angeles as well, plans to relocate to New York. PITTSBURGH — Steve Martorano plans to open Martorano’s Prime — An Italian American Steak House at the Rivers Casino in November. The three packages, which range from $45 to $300, feature a cheese and cracker board, as well as a cocktail option.
