The Las Vegas Arts District just south of Downtown, got its official name back in 1998 as an 18-block zone for artists. Now 18B, representing the 18 blocks in the Arts District, is home to a smattering of restaurants and bars, with more on the way. Bound by Commerce Street, Hoover Avenue, Fourth Street, parts of Las Vegas Boulevard, and Colorado Avenue, Charleston Boulevard bisects the neighborhood that hosts the monthly First Friday that takes over the art galleries in the area.
On the way, a sports-themed Houston’s Hot Chicken, Swan Dive out of Austin, a boutique hotel and restaurant from chef Todd English, a horror-themed restaurant and bar, and more.
