Shanghai Plaza on Spring Mountain Road still patiently awaits the arrival of Pepper Lunch, Tai 2 Chinese Sauerkraut Fish, and 85C Bakery Cafe, but one mile to the west another retail center is hoping its own eclectic groups of tenants will prove as big as hit as its Chinatown rival.
Hoped to complete construction by the end of the year, the 33,000-square-foot Golden Spring Plaza at the corner of Spring Mountain and Duneville Street faces Hobak Korean BBQ and Gabi Coffee & Bakery.
Already revealed, the first Nevada home for Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar and its Louisiana-style Cajun seafood. Next up, Japan’s T-Swirl Crepe expands from the East Coast and Canada to bring crispy, thin crepes prepared with 100 percent gluten-free rice flour batter.
Moving into space A5, T-swirl Crepe’s menu includes includes sweet choices of caramel Fuji apple, crème brûlée, and matcha chocolate truffles, plus a range of savory options including the Okinawa hot dog, tuna Niçoise, and Angus short ribs.
