Named after a classic, almond-infused French pastry, a new cafe has debuted in Henderson, inspired by traditional Parisian bakeries and the owners’ Tahitian roots.
Le Paris Brest Cafe and its baked-from-scratch menu is now open daily at the southern end of the Silverado Park Place retail center on Eastern Avenue, replacing the former L’Elysee Bakery and sitting next door to Honey Pig BBQ.
