Henderson Lands a Roster of Cannoli Piped in on the Fly

Declaring itself to be home to the “world’s only cannoli-flavored soft serve,” a new destination for old-school, prepared-while-you-wait Italian desserts has debuted in Henderson.

Cannoli Castle replaces Matcha House Tea & Sweets at the Eastern Marketplace, close to the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue and appropriately right next door to Joe’s New York Pizza, a recent replacement for the Purple Potato.

Decorated with nods to its European roots, the counter-service space with dine-in seating prices the cannoli at $3.99 each, or two for $7, prepared from the owners’ family recipe and featuring house-made ricotta, only piped into the shells when ordered by a customer. Cannoli-flavored soft serve ice cream is also available in regular-sized $4 cones.

The restaurant plans to add future specials in the weeks ahead. Diners can also order coffee drinks, shaved ice in cake batter, cotton candy, and pink bubblegum flavors, plus New York cheesecake, cake pops, and ice cream sundaes.
