Ready to serve his loyal local followers, veteran Las Vegas chef Piero Broglia is back in business, importing a menu of classic Italian dishes to Henderson.
Revealed back in May, Chef Piero’s Roma Kitchen has moved into a low-key, 2,215 square foot space at the Parkridge Center, a short distance from Arroyo Grande Boulevard on Horizon Ridge Parkway.
The original name inspiration for Piero’s, and former force behind Pasta Mia, Cafe Chloe and Great American Food, Broglia’s new, compact menu is bolstered by off-Strip prices and daily specials.
Split into sections of antipasti, insalate, pasta, and familiar specialties, choices include a $9.50 crostini trio with smoked salmon, the $12.50 bruschetta, meatballs, and fried calamari. Pasta options include $22 linguini shrimp, capellini, fettuccine alfredo, linguini fresh clams, and the Brogila-recommended penne Bolognese,
Among the specialties served with the vegetable of the day, the $22.50 breaded chicken Milanese, a New Zealand orange roughy, chicken and artichokes, eggplant parmigiana, plus salmon, served meunière, or puttanesca style.
