Newcomer Thai Spoon is making a firm commitment to welcoming vegan diners to Centennial when it meets its revised mid-October debut date.
The restaurant is working hard to remodel a 3,520-square-foot space at at the Centennial Square retail hub, neighboring The Butcher Block, North End Pizza, and Distill, close to the intersection of Durango Drive and Centennial Parkway.
Facing Vegan Bliss, Thai Spoon’s new sign promises “authentic Thai & vegan cuisine” for lunch and dinner as well as to-go orders.
Earlier menu hints included the prospect of “the “Best Pad Thai, hands down!!!,” joining appetizers of pork jerky, crab Rangoon, and fish cake with Thai curry, plus soups and fried rice dishes.
Entrees include red, yellow, green, and duck curries, Northern Thai-style noodles, spicy eggplant, catfish pad cha, meat stir-fried with cashew nuts, and pepper garlic choices.
