One of the more intriguing debuts of the year now has a grand opening date on Chinatown’s Spring Mountain Road.
Moving into the Center at Spring Mountain, close to Ramen Kobo and Hot N Juicy Crawfish, Más Por Favor has been developing a sophisticated, but cryptically vague, social media campaign to build a youthful audience for the Strip-style concept.
Early plans called for a vintage-styled taqueria serving tacos from noon until closing in the front section of the building and at 4 p.m., thirsty diners can approach a tunnel passage and search for a hidden door leading to a tequila focused cocktail parlor.
Opening on Friday, January 24, original partners Jai Shaun White and Aaron Wagner, plus Ryan Labbe and Jason Craig of Clique Hospitality include The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails at the Cosmopolitan and Greene St. Kitchen at the Palms on their nightlife resume.
An updated menu has yet to be released.
