Operating more than 2,000 international venues, BB.Q Chicken has a reasonable claim on its proud boast as Korea’s No. 1 fried chicken brand and its first Nevada outpost is now almost ready at the Shangahi Plaza.
Also known as BBdotQ, the name derives from the slogan “best of the best quality,” promising premium chicken cooked in 100% extra virgin oil and tested in the company’s South Korean research and development Chicken University.
Signage is already mounted on Spring Mountain Road, above the ground-level space located a few steps from Noodle Papa, Weera Thai, and two highly anticipated future arrivals, Tai 2 Chinese Sauerkraut Fish and China-based retailer Miniso.
Steadily expanding across the country from New York to Los Angeles, the local BB.Q branch has yet to finalize its menu, or future opening hours, but the global menu features variations of spicy wings, plus chicken prepared in caramelized onion sauce and crunch cereal, or mascarpone and cheddar cheese, and “K-food” choices including bulgogi poutine and kimchi ramen.
