Vegas Golden Knights fans now have a restaurant and bar dedicated to the team. Wolfgang Puck Players Locker from the namesake chef and Vegas Golden Knights teammates Alex Tuch, William Karlsson, Deryk Engelland, Shea Theodore, and Reilly Smith debuted at Downtown Summerlin with dishes dedicated to the players, custom lockers lining the walls, and, if fans are lucky, frequent sightings of the NHL players.
The menu features dishes such as Tuch’s Reuben sandwich with pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on marbled rye; Karlsson’s vegan burger that uses a Beyond Meat patty and vegan cheese; Reilly’s cheese curds; Deryk’s fish and chips with tartar sauce and malt vinegar; and Shea’s Gooey Deluxe, a dessert with a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Other options include Puck’s famous smoked salmon pizza with caviar and dill crème fraiche; Puck’s take on poutine; truffle potato chips with bleu cheese fondue and chives; and seared filet mignon steak frites with bourbon-mustard sauce.

The restaurant takes its name from the floor-to-ceiling display of more than 100 custom glass lockers filled with high-end spirits. Puck and his Vegas Golden Knights partners picked out some of the liquors on display, and Puck tapped former NBA center Shaquille O’Neal, NHL great Wayne Gretzky, and Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley to have their own dedicated lockers.
Diners can rent their own locker and stock it with their own private collection of alcohol, wine, and rare spirits. Members will get a special gift box, a personalized card that shows they are VIP, and access to rare bottles of wines and alcohol. No details on prices are out yet.
Even the cocktail menu offers nods to the Vegas Golden Knights. Tuch’s barrel-aged Manhattan uses Tuch’s blend of rye and sweet vermouth; the Reilly Smith Paloma features Lunazul, grapefruit juice, and black sea salt; the Theodore Mule combines Stolichnaya vodka, lime, and ginger beer; the Engelland Sour mixes Jim Beam and lemon with bitters; and Karlsson’s Coffee comes with a $6 shot of Jameson, coffee, and cream.
Aside from flat-screen TVs and a large bar area, the space offers two outdoor patios, with one friendly for pets.
Puck closed his Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin earlier in January to renovate the restaurant and change the menu.
