Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin closes on Monday, January 13, to make way for a new sports bar from the chef and players from the Vegas Golden Knights. After a two-week renovation, the restaurant reopens as Wolfgang Puck Players Locker on Saturday, January 25.
Puck teamed up with Vegas Golden Knights players Alex Tuch, William Karlsson, Deryk Engelland, Reilly Smith, and Shea Theodore on the restaurant, dubbed a family friendly community restaurant with a new menu featuring traditional sports fare and a new beverage program that includes high-end liquors. The renovated restaurant teases “the rare opportunity to spot some of their favorite Knights while taking in some of the biggest and most anticipated sporting events and games on TV.”
The makeover includes a floor-to-ceiling display of more than 100 custom glass lockers. Puck and each of the five players have their own dedicated locker showcasing their favorite high-end spirits. Fans can rent their own lockers.
Other new touches include panoramic, flat-screen TVs throughout the space, an expansive bar area, a private dining room named “The Players Lounge,” and two outdoor patios, one of which is pet-friendly.
