Border Grill, the Mexican restaurant from Too Hot Tamales Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken at Mandalay Bay, brings back its unlimited small plate brunch starting this weekend. That means customers can stuff their faces with all the seasonal pancakes, avocado shrimp toast, and breakfast potatoes with crispy carnitas and egg they want.
For $39.99, diners can order unlimited portions of Peruvian drunken French toast, potato tacos, Yucatan eggs Benedicts with pork and chipotle Hollandaise sauce, steak and eggs with cumin garlic skirt steak and poblano potato cake, green corn tamales, or a plantain empanada. Other options include biscuits and gravy, Baja ceviche tostadita with shrimp, and Peruvian shrimp and grits.
Brunch takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Diners can opt for bottomless mimosas, micheladas, and bloody Marys for an additional $26.99 to go with that brunch as well.
