A hit restaurant from Long Beach, California, is almost ready to debut in Las Vegas, importing its menu of wings, tenders, bread sticks, and its house special Buffalo fries to the southeast.
Opening on Monday, November 2, The Buffalo Spot is the first tenant inside a built-from-scratch, 1,918-square-foot corner site at the Serene Shops retail center, close to the intersection of East Serene Avenue and South Spencer Street.
Yet to reveal future operating hours, many of the franchise's counter-service restaurants are open daily until 10 p.m. in California and have earned a loyal following for chicken portions that can be upgraded with more than a dozen sauces, including Cajun, atomic hot, lemon pepper, and mango habanero.
Alongside boneless and traditional wings, diners can also order a Buffalo Cali burrito, salads, wraps, onion rings, and veggie sticks.
The most popular items are the generous servings of Buffalo fries, topped with breaded, fried chicken breast pieces and drizzled with the house sauces.
