Allegiant Stadium with all that’s new remains closed to the public for Las Vegas Raiders games, but fans can still get game day fare for their tailgating needs from Silver & Black Hospitality. New game day to go packages offer dishes found from the stadium’s menus along with specials inspired by the opposing team of the week.
For example, the stadium classics package includes four Raider Dogs made with Bay Area favorite Caspers Famous Hot Dogs, an order of loaded nachos sans meat, popcorn, four Raiders sports water bottles, two bottled sodas from Coca-Cola products, and a swag bag. All goes for $50.
Another package contains four Boomtown burgers along with house kettle chips and dip, two Bavarian pretzel bites with beer cheese, popcorn, and more for $100.
Fans can taste a bit of everything in another package for $200.
Even the opponents get their own game-day fare. On Sunday night, the Raiders take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and fans can order a crab dip with crispy plantain chips. Other options coming up include Polish sausage with duck fat sauerkraut when the Raiders play at the Cleveland Browns on November 1 and a bacon-wrapped street dog for the Raiders game at the Los Angeles Chargers on November 8.
Fans can order through the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium app available through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and pick up their orders at Allegiant Stadium the day of each Raiders game. Stadium staff deliver orders prepared at a mobile kitchen outside the stadium for contactless, curbside pick-up.
