Sports fans will have a new spot for watching their favorite teams play when Tailgate Social opens at Palace Station, and now the venue from Clique Hospitality says it will make its tailgating debut on November 20, just in time for the end of the NFL season and as college football teams play for bowl game invitations.
The sports bar plans on having the feel of a neighborhood bar with 30 high-def televisions and views of all the games. While Las Vegas Raiders games will air, the venue plans to show all the match ups.
The menu features bar favorites, such as hickory-smoked baby back ribs, a build-your-own burger, and a jumbo hot dog with toppings options. Other dishes include pizzas, guacamole, chili cheese tater tots, chicken nachos, a barbecue chicken quesadilla, Buffalo chicken wings, and barbecue bacon dust fries. Lighter fare includes grilled fish tacos, mini vegan cheeseburgers, a wood-grilled chicken Cobb salad, and a barbecue chicken salad. All comes served out of a bus facade.
A strong beer list with hard-to-find brews and domestic favorites and the Hail Mary Bloody Mary, along with other signature cocktails, help fans get in the mood.
Customers can find oversized booths, and head in during happy hour or order drink specials during games. The restaurant and bar also plans to feature billiards.
Tailgate Social, which takes over the former BBD’s space at the front of Palace Station, plans to be open Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight.
