Brunch now takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Freedom Beat at the Downtown Grand.
The restaurant now offers all-you-can-eat dishes for $24.99 with bottomless mimosas or bloody Marys for an additional $10.
The all-you-can-eat option includes unlimited small plates such as red velvet pancakes, chicken and waffles, sunny egg and potatoes, chia seed and berry parfait, spinach Parmesan toasts, traditional Benedict, the Elvis waffle, New Mexico hatch chilaquiles, Border Town tacos, shrimp and grits, corned beef hash skillet, and biscuits and chipotle gravy.
Diners can order stand-alone dishes as well, such as smoked pork mac and cheese with poached eggs, tater tot waffles topped with smoked salmon, croque Americana Kentucky ham made with Wisconsin cheese and a fried egg, applewood bacon pancakes garnished with caramelized apples and maple butter, buttermilk chicken and house waffles dipped in a spiced red sauce and served with spiced maple, and chicken fried steak smothered in country gravy with a fried egg for an additional cost.
