Wildly Popular Din Tai Fung Opens for Lunch

ARIA — Din Tai Fung, the wildly popular Taiwanese restaurant the specializes in xiao long bao, opens for lunch this weekend. The restaurant plans to be open Fromm 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. TIVOLI VILLAGE — El Dorado Cantina kicks off a new collection of tequilas infused in house for $5 apiece (normally $15 each) or $12 for a flight of three for $12 (normally $35). Flavors include coconut, orange, and cinnamon; mango; mango, jalapeño, and tamarind; orange and warm spices; pineapple; and strawberry jalapeño. Customers can order a bagel with a choice of bacon or sausage topped with eggs, melted cheddar, and chive schmear; a Rueben with pastrami, corned beef, or turkey topped with sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on grilled house-made rye bread; the Yiddish Bird with turkey and bacon, chive schmear, tomato and sprouts, on a choice of any bagel; and the Un-Orthodox with egg salad, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. The bagel shop also plans to move into a new 10,000-square-foot flagship location connected to the new convention center on Convention Center Drive soon with additional locations on the way.
