The restaurant plans to be open Fromm 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Customers can order a bagel with a choice of bacon or sausage topped with eggs, melted cheddar, and chive schmear; a Rueben with pastrami, corned beef, or turkey topped with sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on grilled house-made rye bread; the Yiddish Bird with turkey and bacon, chive schmear, tomato and sprouts, on a choice of any bagel; and the Un-Orthodox with egg salad, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
