CLARK COUNTY — Last August, the Clark County Commission capped fees for third-party delivery apps at 15 percent, but those companies found a loophole where they instead charged restaurants additional fees for advertising and marketing to make up the difference. On Tuesday, the commission instead amended the previous ordinance at a 15 percent total cap for delivery fees charged to restaurants through February 1, 2021. The tighter restrictions now require a restaurant in unincorporated Clark County to agree to additional charges in writing. [LVRJ]

EASTSIDE — Las Vegas-based bath and body brand Nectar Bath Treats hosts a free drive-thru food drive at its headquarters at 2020 E. Pama Lane from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 21. The company will provide one free bag of food with canned goods, dry goods, and bread per car. [EaterWire]

LAS VEGAS — All five local locations of Chuck E. Cheese now have the Winter Winner-land, a new month-long celebration with instant prizes, treats, gifts, and its new Giving Tree program. Those visiting the children’s pizza restaurant can donate some of their e-tickets to Sunrise Children’s Hospital. All tickets collected will be used to purchase toys from Chuck E.’s gift shop for children at the hospital. And, for every donation, the donor will be given an ornament to add to a Christmas tree at that Chuck E. Cheese location. [EaterWire]
