JamonJamon Tapas got its start over the summer as a ghost kitchen, only offering takeout options from it North Las Vegas space. “On November 24, [we] will be open,” he says in an email. The North Las Vegas location continues to take orders through November 23.

JamonJamon Tapas specializes in tapas, paella, and crispy croquettes. Imported Ibérico ham and cheeses join family feasts that include lechon roasted suckling pig and crispy pork belly prepared baboy style, enoughh food to feed a family. Four paellas range from al horno with sofrito and pork ribs or fideua de cameron with shrimp to Ibérico pork or the popular black paella with calamari, shrimp, and saffron in squid ink. All paellas range from $29 to $42 and feed two.

For Thanksgiving, the restaurant has a $280 turkey dinner that feeds six to eight people with a 16-pound Amish turkey, butter mashed potatoes, golden gravy, steamed green beans, and cranberry orange sauce.
