DOWNTOWN — Scooped Cookie Dough Bar plans to open its first location in Las Vegas featuring edible cookie dough at 333 W. St. Louis Avenue in January. The ghost kitchen will take orders online. Scooped offers flavors such as Mexican hot chocolate, chocolate chip, cake batter, coconut chocolate, monster, oatmeal raisin, and Cowboy, featuring former First Lady Laura Bush’s prize-winning recipe with oats, pecans, coconut, and chocolate chips.
