Writing a trademark “HELLLOOOOOO” to alert his 358,000 Instagram followers of breaking news, Mr. Fries Man creator Craig Batiste is confidently predicting both Las Vegas expansions of his French fry platter restaurant will debut early in the new year.
Preparing for January grand openings, Mr. Fries Man will serve daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. inside a former 1,350-square-foot Subway store at the eastside’s Flamingo Market Place, a short drive from Maryland Parkway, and in a corner space at the Desert Oaks Plaza in North Las Vegas, close to the intersection of Craig Road and Valley Drive.
From a backyard project to a rapidly growing franchise in under four years, Batsite’s compact, counter-service menu specializes in generous portions of fries stacked with ingredients that can be customized by each diner.
Among the menu choices, honey garlic shrimp and steak, a chicken bacon Parmesan combination, lemon garlic crab and shrimp, Buffalo ranch chicken, and barbecue sauce upgrades to fried or grilled chicken. A plant-based meat option is also available.
