HENDERSON — Blume Kitchen & Cocktails now has new ownership. The restaurant’s former managing partner Daniel Hackett is now the sole owner. Consulting chef and partner Antonio Nunez revamped the menu. Hackett says: “I want to fuse a Las Vegas Strip experience with a Scottsdale supper club vibe and bring it off the Strip. Pair that with a live deejay six nights per week, a refined late night dinner menu, and top-notch service. Nunez added a raw bar, as well as duck confit enchiladas, a vegan meat and cheese platter, and foie gras to the menu, which will rotate seasonally. A new happy hour runs daily from 5 to 7 p.m. with a bottle of Champagne and one ounce of caviar for $80. [EaterWire]
