More than three years since the retail center began touting its future dining tenants, Spring Valley’s Post Pavilion mostly completed construction and started luring casual restaurants to the corner of Durango Drive and Post Road.
In Classic Rock’s place, the standalone building is currently planned as the third local outpost of 7 Leaves Cafe, creating a 1,6750-square-foot outpost for its coffee, tea, and boba menu, upgraded with a drive-thru window. The cafe’s food court outlet at the Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes remains temporarily closed.
Taking over approximately 1,500 square feet next door, family-owned Martino’s Italian Kitchen will feature a familiar menu of pizza, subs, and salads from the recently arrived restaurant. Serving the Rhodes Ranch neighborhood since May, the interior of the original restaurant at 8241 S. Fort Apache Road is notable for mounting the front frames of Italian Lambretta scooters on the wall.
A handful of storefronts are still available to lease at the center, including a plot of land earmarked for a separate drive-thru equipped building. Crumbl Cookies debuted its fifth local expansion earlier this year inside a 1,200-square-foot corner space. A launch date for the two latest tenants has not been revealed.
