DOWNTOWN — Dino’s Lounge, the iconic dive bar, filed a lawsuit in Clark County District Court so that it can return to offering karaoke. Dino’s owner Kristin Bartolo claims that the city and Clark County are enforcing the state’s coronavirus mandates that prevent live entertainment such as karaoke differently, and she found about two dozen karaoke bars open.
