Inside, diners find light, natural decor paired with greenery. Dining chairs made from recycled soda bottles and garden basins filled with fresh herbs and spices add to the ambiance.
The space at the front of the luxury shopping mall also features two private dining rooms. The larger Garden of Eden off the restaurant’s entrance and main dining room features a Be True wire sculpture, industrial décor, and exposed ducts. The 730-square-foot space has room for 44 seated and 73 standing with hanging ferns and philodendrons decorating the room.
The 389-square-foot Greenhouse features marble tables and green banquettes with room for 28 seated or up to 50 reception style.
The 998-square-foot indoor patio at the front offers butcher block tables and seating for up to 31 overlooking the shopping center’s reflecting pool and spiral escalator.
True Food Kitchen also features its first True Bar, sitting atop the reflecting pool at the shopping center. The Phoenix-based chain opened its first Las Vegas outpost at Downtown Summerlin last year.
Dr. Andrew Weil originally opened the restaurant with restaurateur Sam Fox in 2008.
