Those Guys Pies, a favorite of Guy Fieri on his Food Network TV show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and a local success story at The Lakes since 2012, expanded its East Coast-inspired menu to a new, larger Henderson home.

Home to the “best white pie you’ll ever try,” chefs Chris Builder and Roy Bass are serving hand tossed pizza inside the 1,504-square-foot former home of Boss’s Slow Smoked BBQ at the Sunset Ridge Plaza retail center, close to the intersection of Green Valley Parkway and Sunset Road.

The larger facility means more room for on-site dining and prompted the team to now serve slices, in addition to 14-inch and 18-inch pies.

Also on the menu, cheesesteaks, hot sandwiches, and hoagies, wings and chicken fingers, salads, fries topped with a trio of white American, provolone and Whiz cheeses, and cannoli among the desserts.

The specialty house pies remain the star attraction and choices include Buffalo chicken; a margherita; a Greek variation with artichoke, spinach, and feta; a cheesesteak creation with rib-eye and roasted mushrooms; and the Guy Fieri featured BBQ Maui Wowie, built with barbecue pizza sauce, pulled pork, bacon, pineapple, pickled jalapeno, and cilantro. The famous white pie features ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic that can be upgraded to an Italian white that adds broccoli rabe, sausage, and caramelized onion.

Those Guys Pies, 2895 N. Green Valley Parkway, Henderson; 702-331-0978. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. closing at 10 p.m., Thursday to Saturday.
