Breakfast is big business in Las Vegas and local success story BabyStacks Cafe is preparing to launch its sixth location in a decade, 10 miles from its original restaurant on Buffalo Drive.

Serving traditional American breakfasts with an Island twist. BabyStacks replaces the six-year-old, health conscious Krayvings at Summerlin’s Vista Commons retail center, next door to John Cutter’s Grill & Tavern and a short walk to Al’s Garage sports bar.

Located at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Desert Foothills Drive, the well lit, 1,891-square-foot corner space includes the potential for a handful of outdoor tables.

Last expanding to Mountains Edge back in 2016, BabyStacks still operates daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and until 3 p.m on Saturday and Sunday in Henderson, Spring Valley, and Centennial.

Yet to announce a timetable for completion, future diners can expect the same, very popular menu including generous stacks of pancakes, plus crepes, French toast, skillets, Benedicts, spam sliders, loco moco, kalbi beef rib and eggs, and adobo fried rice featuring marinated shredded chicken wrapped in omelet-style eggs.
