Almost a year in the making, new concept Egg Sammie has set an opening date and daily hours for its stylish collection of breakfast and brunch sandwiches, served on house made Texas toast.
Launching on March 2, and open from 7 a.m. to 3.30 p.m every day, Egg Sammie moves into the new Commons at Warm Springs retail center, very close to the entrance to the Sprouts Farmers Market.
Sitting near the intersection with Rainbow Boulevard, the bright, 2,000-square-foot corner space has been aptly decorated in a white and yellow color scheme and has already previewed early menu items including the avocado smash featuring egg salad and sprouts, a beef short rib and crispy hash brown waffle choice, and the customizable Fremont, with options of bacon, and meat, or vegan sausage.
For a brunch appetite, diners can chose between the $7.99 buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, a patty melt, braised pork belly bahn mi, and The Viking, created with egg, Norwegian smoked salmon, and hickory smoked bacon.
Side dishes include the cheesy taters prepared with a soft sous vide egg, plus croissant beignets and varieties of dumpster cookie.
