The Korean fried chicken chain with more than 2,000 locations worldwide finally lands in Las Vegas. The star of the show is the golden olive chicken, fried in olive oil. Diners can choose a thigh and drum, breast, or whole wings. Diners can order the secret spicy with a mix of tomato, onion, and garlic, while a hot spicy offers extra heat. Gang jeong features a boneless stir fry, while the cheesling comes with mascarpone and cheddar cheese. Other choices include soy garlic, honey garlic, curry spice, yurin (a soy vinegar sauce with pepper and garlic), and khan with a sweet and sour garlic sauce.
Other Korean fare on the menu include duk-bokki, a rice cake with fishcake and a spicy chili sauce; jjim-dak with a sweet and spicy chili braised chicken; kimchi fried rice with a sunny-side up egg; bulgogi poutine; kimchi ramen; and budae jjam pong tang, a stew with sausage, ham, mushroom, rice cake, and ramen.
