Mora Iced Creamery now has a location at Downtown Summerlin, with a second opening at Town Square soon. The artisanal small-batch creamery based on Washington state’s Bainbridge Island replaces California’s CREAM, which also shuttered its Henderson expansion last year.

Mora features an ice cream and sorbet menu inspired by owners Ana Orselli and Jerry Perez’s hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with more than 65 different flavors rotated throughout the year, and ice cream prepared with fresh milk, real eggs, and cane sugar.

Among the more uncommon recent selections, lavender, Mexican chocolate, mojito, cantaloupe, and maraschino cherries cream. Devil features Australian hibiscus flowers infused in whiskey extract syrup, XOXO combines cherry jam and cherry liquor extract in classic dark chocolate ice cream, while a banana split rendition features banana ice cream with traces of dulce de leche and shaved chocolate. For St. Patrick’s Day, the ice cream shop offers green tea, pistachio, and Irish coffee.

Mora Iced Creamery, Downtown Summerlin, 1980 Festival Plaza Drive, 702-660-4380. Open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
