Local experts in the art of hand pulled and knife-shaved noodles are joining a growing wave of pan-Asian dining options making their way to the southeast.
Building on speculation from last fall, Shang Artisan Noodle has now confirmed it will bring a noodle workshop concept called Shang Mian to the Silverado Ranch Place retail center, moving into a 1,350-square-foot corner property, close to the intersection of Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.
The operators of the hugely popular original restaurant on Flamingo Road promise the innovative venture will feature “several new items like homemade noodles and other noodle types.”

Still under construction and designed by WG Constructors, the same team behind the original space, an estimated debut date has yet to be announced.
Within the same retail pad, Shang will join a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Menchies frozen yogurt, and a 2,723-square-foot second location for Doh Korean BBQ.
Expected to debut within weeks, the all-you-can-eat, self-grilled barbecue restaurant has been a fixture on Rainbow Boulevard in the southwest since 2016. Future operating hours have also not been announced.
