Local Taiwanese tea and boba specialists Brew Tea Bar expands its three-year-old concept to Leaving the ground floor of Maryland Parkway’s University Gateway apartment complex, across the street from UNLV.
CREConfidential confirms recent broker listings that the tea bar will open its third outpost in the new casual-dining hub, sitting across from In-N-Out Burger and taking over 1,407 square feet next to the newly debuted Crumbl Cookies.
Launched in 2015 on Rainbow Boulevard in the southwest and expanding two years later to Henderson, both Brew Tea Bar locations are open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the Rainbow location also serving Japanese-inspired crepes that can be customized with cream, Nutella, fruit, or almond chips.

An estimated opening date on the currently vacant space has yet to be revealed.
The building’s dining portfolio now includes Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, the under construction Pizza Forte last seen at the Hard Rock Hotel, and a trio of future tenants still on the way, 7-Eleven, Roberto’s Taco Shop, and Sushi Joe’s from the Rio.
