MGM RESORTS — Chefs at resorts such as the Bellagio, Aria, and Park MGM are donating 1,000 meals a day to Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada through the end of April. The chefs prepared linguine with meatballs on Tuesday and plan to offer a different menu each day. The company already donated 462,000 meals to various organizations during the coronavirus pandemic. EASTSIDE — Lawry’s The Prime Rib takes its interactive murder mystery dinner online on Thursday, April 30. “Lethal Libations” heads back to the Roaring Twenties with professional actors presenting a story of murder. Diners can order a three-course meal with a Lawry’s salad with vintage dressing served with sourdough bread; choice between the Lawry’s cut prime rib with mashed potatoes, gravy, au jus, and Yorkshire pudding or Skuna Bay salmon served with mashed potatoes and seasonal fresh vegetables; and English trifle.
