Akira Back, who has Yellowtail at the Bellagio and Kumi at Mandalay Bay, and Hubert Keller with Burger Bar at Mandalay Place and Fleur by Hubert Keller at Mandalay Bay expect strict social distancing requirements with tables spaced six feet apart, servers wearing masks and gloves, and disposable menus with fewer options. “Other businesses have a big margin of profit. WESTSIDE — Hash House A Go Go gives out free food on Friday at 2 p.m. The restaurant will distribute 100 meals with boxes filled with chicken marsala, served with mashed potatoes, veggies, and a salad.
