WESTSIDE — Hash House A Go Go, the restaurant known for its massive portions of pancakes, fried chicken, and omelets, decided to stop offering takeout and delivery, but still needs to get rid of its food in stock. Starting at 2 p.m. on Friday, the restaurant at 6800 W. Sahara Ave. is offering free family meal packages to service industry employees who lost their jobs during the coronavirus pandemic. Meals will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until they run out. To receive a meal pack, cars will line up in the parking lot at the West Sahara location. One donation per car. Any tips will be pooled for immediate cash needs of furloughed workers. Donations are provided by Hash House A Go Go in conjunction with Greco & Sons, Worldwide Produce, and SYSCO Las Vegas.
