Move aside, dinner and a movie. A popup pizza company plans to bring dinner and a mystery.
Vampire.Pizza teams up with Area15 for a popup experience, where diners who order get pizza, salad, dessert, and a game kit with an immersive story and 60-to-90-minute mystery game. The dining portion of the experience is provided by locally owned Those Guys Pies.
Deliveries start May 8-15 with pre-order reservations beginning on Thursday, April 30. The at-home dining experience is for two people at $32.99 per person or four people for $27.99 per person. Customers can place their orders online, selecting either a delivery date and time, or a contactless pickup option at both locations of Those Guys Pies at The Lakes and Henderson.
Josh Sugarman of Ravel and Ghost Pizza Kitchen in Los Angeles created the experience amid the coronavirus pandemic. Over two weeks, he assembled a group of artists and storytellers to imagine the world of Vampire.Pizza. The company launched in Los Angeles earlier this month, selling out its delivery reservations within 60 hours.
A portion of the proceeds from the popup will be donated to Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank and the area’s largest hunger-relief organization.
