Chinatown’s Cafe Sanuki, which specialized in udon noodle dishes, reopened with a pivot toward a new menu of sushi or sashimi platters, bento boxes, sushi rolls, and more for takeout and delivery via GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Postmates.
“We are not doing our normal menu fare until we can open up dining,” owner Henry Fan says. “However, we are still offering our brand promise of fresh comfort food at neighborhood prices.”
The bento boxes feature miso soup, salad, a California sushi roll, gyoza, shrimp tempura, rice, and a choice of entree such as pork tonkatsu, chicken karaage, rainbow sushi, or salmon teriyaki. A 40-piece sushi platter offers rolls and nigiri, while a smaller 18-piece set includes salmon, tuna, unagi, and more.
Customers can view the menu online and call 702-331-9860 to order from noon to 8 p.m. daily. Use the code VEGASSTRONG for 10 percent off takeout orders.
