Following Gov. Steve Sisolak’s extension of the state’s stay-at-home order through May 15, he announced that phase one of reopening the state for business would include dine-in restaurants offering limited service with social distancing guidelines in place. Three restaurants opted to reopen on Friday with takeout service.
CraftKitchen Café & Bakery from Tami and Jaret Blinn reopened today with curbside takeout and delivery options for breakfast and brunch dishes as well as family meal packs. The restaurant now offers a menu of breakfast burrito, stuffed French toast, short rib hash, chile relleno, vegan avocado toast and chilaquiles, and baked goods from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant also has alcohol at half price.
Family meals include a house breakfast with scrambled eggs and Portuguese sausage or applewood smoked bacon, enchiladas, pork carnitas, or artichoke chicken. All serve four.
Pho Aimie, the Vietnamese restaurant with locations in Spring Valley at 8390 S. Rainbow Blvd., 702-776 7017, and in North Las Vegas at 2696 W. Ann Road, 702-522 8988, both reopen today from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
The menu features pho noodles, vermicelli dishes, Vietnamese udon dishes, rice entrees, and stir-fried rice noodles for takeout.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant at Downtown Summerlin reopens for curbside pickup Friday, May 1, as well. The Mexican restaurant is offering a 15 percent discount on all food items as well as 20-ounce house margaritas to-go. The restaurant will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., but will reopen for Cinco de Mayo on May 5.
The menu includes a burrito del mar with sautéed shrimp, genuine crab, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and rice, then deep fried and covered with salsa verde especial and topped with melted cheeses and sliced avocados and sour cream; pollo asado with a boneless breast of chicken marinated with achiote, garlic, and Mexican herbs, grilled Yucatan style, and served with an enchilada; and chimichanga de pollo, a flour tortilla filled with spiced shredded chicken and cheeses, then deep fried.
