Get ready to dine inside a casino on the Strip. Wynn Las Vegas reopens five of its restaurants beginning Friday, May 29.

The Italian Allegro, three-meal Jardin, seafood-forward Lakeside, Japanese Mizumi, and SW Steakhouse reopen with new three-course, prix fixe menus, some al fresco dining, and wine and cocktail pairings.

“The reopening of these restaurants is a positive and crucial step towards the complete reopening of our resort,” president of Wynn Las Vegas Marilyn Spiegel says in a press statement.

Gov. Steve Sisolak closed all nonessential businesses including casinos on March 17. Right now, Nevada is in phase one of reopening, with dine-in restaurants, including some within casinos, permitted to reopen with restrictions. If coronavirus cases continue to decline and hospital capacity to treat new cases continues to remain available, he may move into the next phase of reopening the state for business. In the past, he’s said that casinos may reopen in phase three or four of his plan. So far, there is no date released for casinos to reopen. Nevada is in phase one of reopening businesses.

The restaurants prix fixe menus will be featured at Allegro for $45, Lakeside for $75, Mizumi for $65, Jardin for $40, and SW Steakhouse for $75. Both Jardin and Allegro will offer a daily happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. with food, wine, and cocktail specials.

Diners can sit on the patios at Lakeside and SW that overlook the Lake of Dreams, while Mizumi’s floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that open up to the restaurant’s 90-foot waterfall give diners an outdoor dining experience.

Wynn requires reservations in advance for all diners. Customers can access menus through a QR code, while each restaurant will have disposable single use menus as well. Tables will be spread six feet apart, and servers won’t set the tables with place settings until diners sit. All high-touch surfaces in the restaurant will be cleaned and disinfected in between each seating and employees will practice proper hand hygiene between each customer interaction. Patrons cannot sit in the bar areas.

All employees at Wynn will have their temperature screened, and each will complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before each shift. As an additional precaution, guests will be temperature screened upon arrival to the resort.

The remainder of Wynn and Encore Las Vegas will remain closed, except for the golf course.

Allegro is open from 3 to 11 p.m. Jardin is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Lakeside is open from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Mizumi is open from 5:30 to 10 p.m. SW Steakhouse is open from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Customers can use Wynn self park for access.

Reservations can be made by calling 702-770-DINE or online.
