The former Hamptons location at Tivoli Village already has a new lounge slated to take over the space. El Dorado Cantina plans to open the Lounge at El Dorado in late summer or early fall in the neighboring space adjoined by a courtyard.
Hamptons, the modern American restaurant from Newport Beach, California’s Wild Thyme Restaurant Group, decided not to renew its lease at Tivoli Village. Hamptons originally opened in 2017.
The Mexican restaurant El Dorado Cantina opened its second Las Vegas location in January. Once the lounge opens, the two will share hours which are normally around the clock, as well as the courtyard and patio space.
The combined 5,393-square-foot space will have nine booths between the first and second floors.
Tivoli Village also plans to offer SeaBream, chef Jill Martinez-Montinola’s new seafood restaurant, soon, while Mr. Galbi, a Korean barbecue opens in a new space sometime in 2020.
