Boyd Gaming plans to open nine of its local casinos on Thursday, June 4, with a bevy of restaurant and bar options. While buffets will remain closed, Boyd plans to open some of its restaurants and bars all running on shortened hours.
The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast, Aliante, Cannery, Sam’s Town, Fremont, California, and Jokers Wild plan to reopen. Eastside Cannery, Eldorado, and Main Street Station remain closed during the initial reopening phase. While the Gold Coast will reopen its casino and some restaurants on June 4, the hotel will remain closed.
Aliante Casino plans to reopen MRKT Sea & Land weekdays from 5 to 9 p.m. and weekends 5 to 10 p.m. Bistro 57 opens weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to midnight. Starbucks is open 24 hours a day. TGI Friday is open weekdays from 11 a.m. to midnight and weekends from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. The resort plans to offer slots and video games, table games, bingo, its sports book, and access to its pool as well.
The California Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas plans to open Redwood Steakhouse weekdays from 5 to 9 p.m. and weekends from 5 to 10 p.m. Market Street will be open 24 hours daily. Lappert’s Ice Cream is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. And Aloha Specialties is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The resort plans to offer slots and video games, and table games.
The Cannery on Craig Road will reopen Carve daily from 5 to 9 p.m. Victory’s Café opens 24 hours daily. Victory’s Bar & Grill will be open weekdays 3 to 11 p.m. and weekends from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. The Pizzeria will be open daily from noon to 8 p.m. The resort plans to offer slots and video games, table games, and its sports book as well.
The Fremont in Downtown Las Vegas reopens Paradise Café weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Lanai Express opens daily from 11 a.m. to 7 a.m. Tony Roma’s opens daily from 4:30 to 11 p.m. Fremont will offer valet service, as well as slots and video games, table games, and its sports book.
Gold Coast Hotel plans to reopen Cornerstone daily from from 4 to 9 p.m. Ping Pang Pong opens daily from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Subway opens on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Java opens daily from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. TGI Fridays opens 24 hours a day. Gold Coast will open slots and video games, table games, bingo, and bowling.
Jokers Wild Casino reopens its café weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Orleans plans to reopen Copper Whisk Cafe daily for 24 hours. Ondori Asian Kitchen opens daily from 4 p.m. to midnight. Bailiwick opens Thursday through Monday from 4 to 10 p.m. Subway opens weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Java opens daily from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. TGI Fridays opens weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. Fuddruckers opens daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Sbarro opens daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Baskin Robbins opens daily from noon to 11 p.m. Rocky Mountain Chocolate opens weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to midnight. The Orleans will open slots and video games, table games, poker, its sports book, bingo, and its pool.
Sam’s Town reopens The Angry Butcher weekdays from 4 to 10 p.m. and weekends from 4 to 11 p.m. The deli opens daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. TGI Fridays opens weekdays from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. and weekends from 6 a.m. to 3 a.m. Subway opens weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to midnight. Dunkin’ Donuts opens 24 hours daily. Panda Express opens weekdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. McDonald’s and Roberto’s Taco Shop open 24 hours daily. Sam’s Town will open slots and video games, table games, its sports book, and bowling.
Suncoast opens 90 Ninety Bar & Grill weekdays from 4 to 9 p.m. and weekends from 4 to 11 p.m. Du-par’s opens 24 hours daily. Bagel Corner opens weekdays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Suncoast will open slots and video games, table games, its sports book, bingo, and bowling.
Staff will wear masks and have their temperatures taken. Casino floors and restaurant will feature social distancing measures. Door handles, gaming machines, table games, handrails, and elevator buttons will be clean frequently and the resorts will offer hand sanitizer dispensers. Staff will also receive training on the new health and safety protocols.
Right now, Nevada is in phase one of reopening, with dine-in restaurants, including some within casinos, permitted to reopen with restrictions. On Friday, bars and indoor shopping centers, among other businesses, can reopen with restrictions, and casinos can reopen on June 4.
